Ever wondered where your old bulky home videos goes? or those negatives that comes from your dad's so-called-digital camera?
Well, they all not just looking better here, but they... serve you as a stylish coffee table and a unique lighting device! Live Your Idea is an exhibition brought by two product designer students from Universitas Pelita Harapan, Ivan Christianto & Maria Stefanie, as a part of UPH Design Week. Garbages for you, golds for them. Every piece you'll see here are made of materials you'll expect to end up most likely in the trash bin or most luckily in the flea market. This is where their theme "reuse and recycle" goes - using leftovers and turns them not only into an art piece, but also a useful one.
These two designers have their own goals on this exhibition; inspire others to keep exploring their ideas, keeping their unique styles and inspire design students that there are no limitiations to realize and lived up their ideas - without losing the essence of being functional and good-looking.
