An inheritance from my grandma's kitchen, a favourite in the family. Simply mouthwatering and easy to make, which filled my other persona who was about to learn culinary but then turned myself to design field.
Steam Meatloaf
• 250 gr beef mincemeat
• a piece of bread
• 1 bar of cheese
• a lot of mushroom
• 1 whole egg , mix it !
• 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
• 1 small onion, finely chopped
Combine the beef, mix egg, pepper, bread, onion, half bar of grated cheese, mushroom thoroughly. pack into a 6" round stainless plate.
after mix, pour another half bar grated cheese to the top of beef
Steam for 1/2 hour.or wait till the beef ossified
then enjoy it ! :D
